Search For function in discussion group not working

Cleared my history, temp, etc.... but not working

I'm sorry, I don't understand. I think you will need to give some more
details.

Probably not in the right place for this post, couldn't figure out where to
go for help for the discussion group.

I'm in the site for the - Discussions in Excel General Questions
In this site where we are posting questions, at top have ability to search
the posts. I type in search words which I know there a posts for, even my
own posts, and search returns nothing, i.e. seached for this post on Vlookup
which I know are there and tool no return results. Normally I would get back
posts that matched my search criteria.

I don't use the Discussion site, so I can't comment on that.

However, all the posts are archived, so you could try:

http://groups.google.com/group/micro...lic.excel.misc

and you can search for posts there.
