Default Saving Workbooks

Hi,
I want to save all my opened workbooks once without having to be saving and
closing each workbook individually. Thanks

Try this, hold down Shift key, then File, Close all. You will still have
to click Yes to save changes.

While holding down a shift key, click FILE in the menu and select CLOSE ALL..
If you've made any changes to a workbook a dialog box appears asking if you
want to save the changes made to "Workbookname". Click the YES TO ALL
command button and all modified workbooks will be saved and closed
automatically.
