I am having some trouble with a shared document in Excel 97. We have huge
spreadsheet in which all the managers track their functions. It is updated weekly. We have it on a shared drive so that everyone can get to it. When I go to print the document, it says it has 110 pages. What excel is doing is adding dashed line page breaks after each row. When I go to move one, the spreadsheet fixes itself (removes all the hundreds of dashed line page breaks. When I go to print then, Excel has shrunk it to 10 % of it's size. This is becoming extremely frustration. Once I change it to the size 47% of the original size to fit on 11 x 17 paper, it once again, gives me the 100 little dashed page break lines after each row. I have done everything I know. It is not saving my parameters for how I want the page set up. I am assuming that it has something to do with it being a shared workbook. Several of the employees do not have printers that will let them print 11 x 17 paper. I am wondering if that once they save it, does it effect the workbook? I'm at my wits end, any suggestions, any help would be greatly appreciated. |
