Default maximum number of rows in Excel 2007

I know that excel 2007 has now more than 1 million rows.
Can I get those rows running excel 2007 under Windows XP?

Thanks,
Rui

Yes Excel 2007 is totally independant of Windows XP or Vista, however
workbooks created in Office 2007 with more than 65535 rows and 256
columns will be limited when viewed in an earlier Excel version
Cheers
