Default Conditional Statements Help!

In Excel, can you write IF Then statements in a formula. for example if
V2=0 then "MEET" Now I already have a formula in V2, I am looking to add the
conditional statement to that formula, and if the answer is true then I need
V2 to read "OK" if if V2 is false then I need V2 to read "Not OK"

Thank Brain
