Default "Add Mode" in Excel

Hi all,
On many adding machines there is an add mode where you can enter numbers
without hitting the decimal point and the decimal point is automatically
added at two places. Is there an equivalent setting in Excel for data entry?

Thanks
Andrew

Default "Add Mode" in Excel

Tools/ Options/ Edit/ Fixed decimal places
(but remember to turn it off again when you want normal entry).
