Default Shading in cell

I want to print my spreadsheet but I don't want to print the shading. I have
seen this done, but I don't know how.
Thanks

Default Shading in cell

Click FILE in the menu and select PAGE SETUP. Click the SHEET tab and in the
PRINT section, click the BLACK AND WHITE checkbox.

Hope this helps.
