Press (Windows Key)+F to start search; Select All Files & Folders; Insert the appropriate text you are searching for in the "A word or phrase in the file"; Choose appropriate location in "Look in:"; Select "More Advanced Options"; In "Type of File" select "Microsoft Excel Worksheet" You may also select the option "When Was It Modified?"
