Choose FilePage Setup and click OK on the worksheet you want to copy the
settings from then select another sheet and choose EditRepeatPage setup [or Press the F4 key]. (The worksheets do not need to be in the same workbook) If you want to copy print settings across multiple sheets in a workbook, click on the tabs while holding down Ctrl (or Shift), then click the tab to copy setups from, so it is active, and select File Page Setup OK.
