when i attempt to access my excel or word documents i receive the following
message : try to find an installation package "MAINSP3ff.MSP" in a folder
from which you can install.

When did you delete the files?

Are they in the Recycle bin?

Most sellers give you some means of restoring the computer to its original
condition, either CD's or a folder with some *.CAB files

If you have deleted the files and have no restore mechanism, you will have to
buy Office application.
