Default Excel 2002:How to remove sub total rows in Pivot Table ?

Dear Sir,

Lets consider at the following Pivot Table.

Sum of Amount
AH Code AH NAME Total
PKHLA009 ABLE GOOD 222
PKHLA009 Total 222
PKHLA491 UAMA LOGISTICS 250
PKHLA491 Total 250
PKHLB003 BEYOND HORIZON 500
PKHLB003 Total 500
PKHLB390 UNITED FREIGHT 750
PKHLB390 Total 750


As I add AH Name to the row field , the AH Code Sub total appear in the
Pivot Table automatically.

May I know how to remove the sub total without removing the AH Name ?

Alternatively, is there a way not to show the sub total as I add the AH Name
field

Currently I use delete row to remove it, Is there any other better ways of
doing this ?

Right click on sub total cell within pivit and select Hide option and it will
go off
