The Analysis Tookpak is built in to Excel 2007.

The worksheet functions have been removed from the analysis toolpak in xl2007
(like Tyro said). But if you need the data analysis stuff, you can install the addin: Office button|Excel Options|Addins and install the analysis toolpak You'll see it on the Data Tab in the Analysis group.
