Default Performance

Some workbooks yield sluggish behavior when used with any network account and
access from a local drive. For example, inserting a new row can take 30
seconds. This is a common operation that should take less than a second to
perform.

If the same workbook is accessed using with a local machine account on the
same local drive, performance if fine.

From experience, I think you'll have a better chance of a reply if you post
it again, and include your problem in your heading eg "very slow when using
network account/access from local drive.
