Default Pasting from the Internet

I am having trouble copying and pasting tables from the internet into excel.
Even if something is configured as a table on the web, when I paste it into
excel, it is pasting just as text all in one cell. I think some setting was
tweaked along the way, but I'd love to get back to pasting in my data. Thank
you.

Can you provide the internet address for a sample of what you are trying to
copy and paste?
