Default excel and internet.

Hello every one...
I am ask to link an excel spread sheet to a website so that every time the
website updates the information we need the spread sheet automatically
updates it's self.

Is that even posible? If so please, any information would be greatly
apreciated.

Sure it is possible. Click Data, Import External Data and New Web
Query.
You might also want to use a DLL for more flexibility!
