Default change view of cell references

My cell references in excel are displayed as RC[-2]. How do I change to more
convential R3C2. I am using Office 2007.

Hi Simon,

Access the Excel Options (eg Alt-T, O), choose 'Formulas' and uncheck 'R1C1 reference style'.
