What you need to do is Link them.
The easiest way I have found, and make the fewest errors typing is as follows:
Open both worksheets and resize them to fit side by side on your screen.
Say the cell in worksheet1, cell a16 has the value you want in worksheet2,
cell b45.
On worksheet2 in cell b45 select it and type "=" without "".
Then select worksheet1 cell a16, by just selecting the cell.
What you should see in the cell b45 is something like "=worksheet!1$A$16"
without the "".
