Excel 2007 prints only cell formatting and nothing else
I just had a weird problem start happening with an Excel 2007 spreadsheet.
For some reason, it now only prints the cell formatting and nothing else. For example, there are some cells that are shaded and some cells where the text in the cell is underlined (not cell borders, just underlined text). When the document prints, all it prints is the shading from the shaded cells and the underlines from the underlined text. I've printed other spreadsheets and documents from other Microsoft apps just fine, so something has happened to this specific spreadsheet. When I use print preview, the document looks fine in preview. The correct number of pages print, so it's not a print area issue. |
