Somehow one of my users has gotten her ribbon to show up as if it were in low
resolution (640x800 - few colors). This occurs only for this user on her laptop. The ribbon appears normal for the same user on a different computer, or a different user on that laptop. Any ideas? Thanks Jon |

Perhaps Control Panel/Display/Setting/Resolution

Thanks- but it's not a general problem with resolution. It only happens on

Im having the same problem. Has anybody found a resaloution for it yet? Its
