Default Excel ribbon shows up at low resolution

Somehow one of my users has gotten her ribbon to show up as if it were in low
resolution (640x800 - few colors). This occurs only for this user on her
laptop. The ribbon appears normal for the same user on a different computer,
or a different user on that laptop. Any ideas?

Thanks

Jon

Thanks- but it's not a general problem with resolution. It only happens on
the Office toolbars, and only with one specific user logged in.
