I've set up a fairly simple bar chart that reads data values from a set of
cells into which I can enter any variety of numbers. I created this chart and linked it to a small array of cells so that I can generate the same chart for a bunch of different number sequences. Problem: Every time I enter a new sequence of numbers to be charted, the layout of the chart auto-adjusts itself -- the dimensions of the plot area enlarges or shrinks, sometimes the x-axis scale changes, even the appearance of the data-labels changes. How can I stabilize the layout of my chart? Is there a way to "lock" my orginal chart layout parameters in place? Many thanks in advance to the person who has a solution! Louise |
