Default Bar graphs...

I have a range of cells, which are in turn populated by formula driven
figures - but essentially just hold a number 0-50 at the moment.
So there's a bar graph driven by this data, nice and simple - two axis, one
with the various headers and the other for the totals.
However there are ceveral cells which at the moment are 0 as there is no
relevant data to trigger the formula. I've been asked if there's any way of
setting up the graph so it will consider the whole range of information, but
only display those cells which have a figure greater than 0, and also be
responsive to the cells with 0 for when they finally get a figure?

Cheers

Hi,

If you hide the row containing zero, use Autofilter, the chart will
automatically remove it.
Just make sure the setting Plot visible cells only is checked. Select chart
and use menu Tools Options Chart.

Cheers
