Default Routing Recipient (Excel 2002)

For some reason the process gets broken after the first recipient - it says
"general mail fault". Checked to ensure that Outlook is the default for
e-mail, and all recipients have it. Also checked that the following entry is
not missing from the [Mail] section of the Win.ini system file: MAPIX=1

Trying to get approval process more streamlined and thought this would work.
Any suggestions???
