Default Track Changes in Excell

I an using excell 2007 version (business) and can't figure out how to turn on
track changes so taht it will display like MS Word (does it do this?). When
i select the "track Changes" button, nothing happens. What am i doing wrong?

Default Track Changes in Excell

Which options did you choose? Are you selecting All Changes for everyone? Are
you showing them in a particular place? Are you tracking changes while
editing?
