Default drag data vertically over hidden cells.. ignore hidden cells

hi
when copying and pasting data vertically on a filtered sheet the data
is pasted on the rows that are hidden in between . how can i have it
ignore the hidden cells and only paste to the visible cells
thanks

If you want to paste a sngle value down the rows, paste into the top cell,
copy from this cell, highlight to the bottom and paste.

If you are trying to past a group of cells, it won't work in a filter. I
would suggest alternately using Data - Sort to put the data in the required
order if at all possible.
