Default Where to get 32nds as a number format in Excell or how to keep f

I'm attempting to use functions on integers and fractions; fractions are
32nds; I want them to stay 32nds and NOT round up or down. All I've located
so far are 16ths. This will not work, or would require additional steps to
convert. Isn't there an easier method?
