Default unhighlight

can't unhighlight a row in Excel. What can I do?

Could it be highlighted as a result of conditional formatting, If so you cant
remove it by simply trying to change the background colour.

Select one of the cells and click
format|Conditional formatting|delete

What is "highlight" in your mind?

Selected or colored?
