Default distribution of hours

from one worksheet i take estiamtion and sistribute it across 5 working days
of a week which are in 5 consecutive columns say A to E in another worksheet
the condition is taht only 9 hrs should be distributed per day vertically...
if the estimation is 9 for a work then i have to keep 9 for that day and
distribute teh remaining over other days...
however say the total estimate is 18 hours in worksheet1. if teh column A
is already having say 4 hrs.. then for the new work (9-4) = 5 hours should be
dustributed for that day and teh remaining 13 hours should be distributed in
the similar manner in the other days considering only 9 hours of work in one
day..
say for eg., the estimate in worksheet1 is in col 5 . how do i do this
distribution.into sheet2.
the rows are dynamic in sheet1
i have to write a macro to do this,
kindly help at ur earliest.
