![]() Hello I am new to this forum. I did try to search for my problem prior to posting, but did not find anything. I am having a major issue on one of the computers in my company. A co-workers excel 2003 opens and starts opening a whole bunch of files automatically, most of which are not even .xls format. There is nothing listed in the Startup folder for excel. I don't know what is causing this to happen. I have run some spyware on computer as well, but nothing appears. Sometimes the error "excel experienced a serious error the last time the add-in FILENAME was opened would you like to disable" appears. Upon opening excel in safe mode there are no add-ins selected to start. Also trying to disable autorecover files in safe mode does not work. Does anyone have any other ideas? I did try un-installing, and re-installing excel 2003, then also tried un-installing, re-installing office 2003. Neither worked. -- guraqte |
