Default conditional formatting across a row, based on value in a single ce

How can i format a whole row ( change the colour, font, fill) by using the
value in a single row to conditionally format it

In CF, change condition1 to Formula Is and use a formula like

=$A5=7
or whatever the formula is, just make sure that you absolute the column.
