Default repeating a macro

I want a macro to repeat every 45 seconds in a shared workbook...the 5 minute
auto refresh just won't cut it as information changes fast than that.

Where does the 5 minute auto refresh originate?

Excel has no "autorefresh" except for External Data and it can be set to 1
minute which is pretty close to 45 seconds.

But...............to answer your question, see Chip Pearson's site for OnTime
method.
