Default permenantly uncheck calculation setting.

How can i permanently check the calculation to "manual" and uncheck
recaculate before save under tolls options inExcel 2003.

Very irralating everytime it prompt to save the spreadsheet from email
attachment even though just for printinh.

I don't think you can.

I think that the best you could do is create a workbook that has the settings
that you like. Then always (always!) open it first.

Excel picks up these settings from the first workbook that it opens in that
session. The calculation settings get changed to match that workbook.

Default permenantly uncheck calculation setting.

That will not stop the message from popping up.

Excel will ask if you want to save changes even if no calculation takes place.

You have opened an earlier version in 2003 and that is enough to get the
message.

I know of no way to prevent that.
