Default Assign unique auto-generated number

Hi there

I want Excel to calculate a new consecutive number based on the last number
assigned in a spreadsheet.

For example, a batch of raw materials is assigned an SA. No. 13475. The
next batch of raw materials will be assigned the SA No. 13476 and so on.

I want the next number in the sequence to be available in a drop-down list
using the data validation feature.

Can anyone help with this?

Thanks very much, Silena
