Format Cell command will not function
I pulled up an old excel file to edit. I can operate the Format Sheet, Column
& Row commands, but when I click on the Cell command, nothing happens. Is there a setting that needs to be adjusted? |

Format Cell command will not function
Make sure that the worksheet is not protected in some way.
