Default Pie chart bug in excel 2007

I've run into a bug in Excel 2007 involving pie charts that is easily
reproduced. Type in the numbers 80, 20 and 0. Create a simple pie chart of
these numbers. By default it should be a large blue segment with a smaller
red segment. The green segment can't be seen since it is zero and has no
size.

Carefully select the pie chart graphic being sure that all segments have
been selected. Go to the Format Tab and select Shape Effects. Select almost
any of the "Preset" options and observe the pie chart. Suddenly the entire
chart turns green showing the "zero" segment at 100%. Clicking on the
graphic I can see that the other segments are at their correct size but
underneath the incorrect green segment.

I've loaded the Office 2007 service pack 1 but it did not address this bug.
