Default Pivot tables reformating

Hi there,

I would like to change the head count in my pivot table to %. How can I do
this?
Right now the taBLE GIVES ME THE AMOUNT OF EMPLOYEES IN EACU DEPARTMENT
BYhead count, I would like to see this with %?
