Default Pivot tables

Hello.

I have these pivot tables in this file, they give me a head count of
employess in a departement. How can I get these head counts to be given to
me by %.

Default Pivot tables

Right-click on a cell that contains one of the head counts.
Click on Field Settings
Click the Options button
Under 'Show data as', select % of column.
Click OK

Thank-you that did it, now is it possible to have both columns in my pivot
table, that is to have the head count and to ad the % COLUMN BESIDE IT.

Default Pivot tables

Yes, you can drag another copy of the employee count field from the
field list, into the data area. By default, it should show the Sum of
employee count.
