Default Hyperlink list in excel

Hi All,
I have a group of engineers that have an excel sheet with a list of
hyperlinks linked to pdf files. The problem start when they move the excel
file + PDF's from one folder to another. When in new folder, the hyperlink
stoped working.
Is there a method how to do it the right way?
Thanks a lot in advance

You could just run/create a new hyperlinked list each time each time the folder location changes.
