Every time I open a document,it says in (status bar) Requesting Virus Scan.
So I have to wait on the scan before it opens. How can I stop this scan? Windows ME,AVG 7.5 free Anti Virus (it also did this with Norton). Please help!!!! |

Not an Excel issue.
Set the defaults on your AVG 7.5 to not check *.xls files.
