A formula can't "push" a value to another cell. You'd need to have formulas
in both E3 and F3 that "pull" the result to their respective cells. E3: =IF(AND(COUNT(D3,D35),D3,"") F3: =IF(AND(COUNT(D3,D3<5),D3,"") What if the value of D3 *is* 5 ? -- Biff Microsoft Excel MVP "Sharlene" wrote in message ... I have a question about writing a formula. the value of b3-c3=d3, I already have that but if the value is greater than 5, I want the value in E3. If the value of d3 is less than 5 iI want the contents in F3. Can Somebody help me please, I would really appreciate it |
