H2 get B&W printer to print grey text, not converting it to black
My black and white printer is converting text that is grey to black. How can
I get it to print in grey? |

H2 get B&W printer to print grey text, not converting it to black
Click FILE in the menu and select PAGE SETUP and click the SHEET tab in the
Page Setup dialog box. Verify that the checkbox BLACK AND WHITE in the Print panel of the tab page is not checked. -- Kevin Backmann "Mandy Barnett" wrote: My black and white printer is converting text that is grey to black. How can I get it to print in grey? |

thanks Kevin - had already tried that and it didnt work - very mystifying!

Click FILE/PAGE SETUP and from any tab click the OPTIONS command button to
open the properties dialog box for your installed printer and see if there is some color setting that has been set to print in B/W only.
