I have two columns:
Medication Name RX Route Advil Oral Advair Diskus Inhalation I would like to show the top 100 medication names that our clinic uses. There are over 3,000 names in my spreadsheet. I tried to use the Filter and select TOP 10 BUTTON but when I do I get a Beep and nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? |

Filter only stores 1,000 occurrances so I would try not using filter. I
would try doing a pivot table and then you can show number of records for that med, assume it appears more than once and you want to see the most active to least.
