In just one page of my workbook, when I scroll beyond the bottom of the
visible page, the page doesn't scroll up, the cursor goes out of sight. In effect I can't move from the top left hand corner. What has happened, and how do I fix it? |

A complete guess...
Try Window|Unfreeze panes. I'm betting that you scrolled down, showed different (all??) data from the autofilter. And I bet the freeze panes was applied in the wrong position.
