Default Scrolling Along Chart

Often, but not always, when I scroll along my chart data line to examine
data, my date information often comes out like this:

"7 day" point "39445" Value:141

In other words, my date "39445" is not shown as "Dec. 30"??
The "39445" represents "Dec. 30" formatted as a number!

Why does "Dec. 30" not appear?

Thanks,

FLKulchar
