I don't use 2007 but priniciple is the same as earlier versions.
Protect the sheet under ToolsProtectionProtect Sheet. FormatHideWorksheet. ToolsProtectionProtect Workbook for Windows and Structure. Note: Excel's internal security is easily broken si don't use this method if it essential your data is not viewed.
