Default Report from 07 to 03

I have a shared workbook in Excel 2007 (and it needs to stay in 2007) and the
rest of our staff that would simply need to view it are in Excel 2003 still.
Is there a user-requested report that can be created in 2003 to pull from the
shared workbook? Or any other ideas?

They simply need to view, not append/change.

They could use a viewer but I am not sure if that works with a shared file.
Viewers are free, so download one from the Microsoft site and try it.
Alternatively they could install the compatibility utility form Microsoft
that allows XL2007 files to open in XL2003. Again sharing could be an issue.
Once more, it is free so why not try?
best wishes
