Default Cells

What are the steps to create a cell which moves if you scroll down the page?
For example, if you want row 1 to move down the page if you scroll down.

Hi

If you want Row 1 to be fixed, select cell A2 and goto
Window -- Freeze Panes

you could also do Window -- Split, then adjust the windows like you
want and then goto window -- Freeze Panes
