Default format sheet with color

How can i assign a macro to change the color of the whole sheet based on a
value?
ex if b1 295 change the sheet to red?

If Range("B1").value 295 Then

Cells.Interior.Colorindex = 2
End If

or you could use conditional formatting, but it might be quite an overhead.
