How do increase the number of rows allowed in a worksheet?
I'm trying to paste in a lot of rows from a single column into another
worksheet. It seems as though the amount of those rows exceeds the number of rows present in the worksheet. Is there a workaround? Is there a way of adding additional rows to the maximum default number allowed in Excel 2003? |

How do increase the number of rows allowed in a worksheet?
Excel 2003 is limited to 65,536 rows per worksheet. There is no way to
extend this number. You can either use additional worksheets or "upgrade" to Excel 2007 which has 1,000,000+ rows per worksheet. -- Biff Microsoft Excel MVP "PayPaul" wrote in message ... How do increase the number of rows allowed in a worksheet?
Are you pasting from one sheet into another sheet in the same version of Excel?
The number of rows to be pasted cannot possibly exceed the number of rows in the target sheet in that case. What is the error message you are getting when you try to paste?
