Default How do increase the number of rows allowed in a worksheet?

Excel 2003 is limited to 65,536 rows per worksheet. There is no way to
extend this number. You can either use additional worksheets or "upgrade" to
Excel 2007 which has 1,000,000+ rows per worksheet.

I'm trying to paste in a lot of rows from a single column into another
worksheet. It seems as though the amount of those rows exceeds the number
of
rows present in the worksheet. Is there a workaround? Is there a way of
adding additional rows to the maximum default number allowed in Excel
2003?
